I founded Silk Road Coaching (SRC) to help individuals and organizations build the clarity, resilience, and momentum needed for lasting success.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to helping high-performing professionals and leaders navigate growth, transition, complexity, and ambitious goals without losing sight of their values, wellbeing, or sense of purpose. Through a personalized blend of coaching and consulting—grounded in research, practical strategy, and data-informed insight—I help clients clarify what matters, strengthen their effectiveness, and translate meaningful goals into sustainable action.
My career has been defined by a deep commitment to developing people, leaders, and organizations. I am especially passionate about cultivating strong, inclusive, purpose-driven, and high-performing teams and helping people move through change with greater confidence, clarity, and effectiveness.
With more than twenty years of experience across the public and private sectors, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective spanning higher education, business, finance, leadership development, and consulting.
I began my academic career as an Assistant Professor of Economics and Research Methods at California State University, Monterey Bay, where I also served as Director of the Master of Public Policy Program, offered in partnership with the Panetta Institute for Public Policy.
I later served as Director of Career Services at the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. At the University of Oregon’s College of Business, I served as Associate Dean of Graduate Programs, providing leadership for the MBA and MS in Finance programs. I then continued teaching business courses online as an Associate Professor at Colorado Technical University.
Before and alongside my work in higher education, I spent more than a decade as a Financial Advisor in Beverly Hills and the surrounding region, representing several of the world’s leading financial institutions. That experience deepened my understanding of client relationships, business development, decision-making, financial strategy, and the pressures faced by high-achieving professionals.
Today, I bring these multifaceted experiences together as an Executive & Leadership Coach and Consultant, helping purpose-driven people and organizations navigate change, strengthen leadership, pursue meaningful goals, and create sustainable success.
